So, after 2 hours of being on the phone with tech support and the guy trying to charge me money to help (umm sorry bro, I am not falling for that crap!), all I was able to do was restore my computer to it's original settings before the update happened. It worked, but now it's late and the library is closing. I'll be back again tomorrow...sigh.
P.S. Don't get Lenovo products! Their tech support is crap! They had me jump through all these hoops and download all this crap and none of it worked. I could have restored the previous settings myself in 5 minutes! Plus, he tried to tell me that any help would cost me money. Wait a second, none of this was my doing! My computer updated on it's own and then malfunctioned!!! This is YOUR fault! I got him to help, but he repeatedly said that if I wanted further help I would have to pay. What a load of bull! Just so you have all the facts, my warranty is up. However, I still think that's just bad customer service. If your product has a glitch, then it's your job to fix it, not charge people who need help, regardless of warranty. I'm so disappointed and I won't buy another Lenovo laptop again.
Whew! Anyway, I'll try to finish tomorrow, but uploading is still slow, so who the heck knows!
